Morning Sessions
Sessions are not recorded and must be attended live. Failure to attend will not result in a ‘make-up’ session later.
Payments are non-refundable.
If unable to attend, that session is transferrable to a friend who can take your place (please arrange payment yourself), who must show up at the same date and time. Communication to host must also be sent. Care to transfer your spot to another date? With enough advanced notice (min 24hrs) this may be reviewed and accepted by host on a case-by-case basis. Host is free to cancel event without advanced notice (eg. illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances).
If event is cancelled by host, host will follow up with participant and will be transferred to another session, date as agreed between the two parties (participant must secure the date within a week of said cancellation or session is lost).
When signing up to events, you understand you’ll be added to the email list, but you can always unsubscribe and we promise to make it as easy as possible for you to do so.
Your information is treated with privacy and respect and will never be sold by Maheegan Retreats.
