30-minute Morning Sessions
Come join our group Morning Sessions to start your day right and to give yourself an anchor so that when distractions DO come up, you don’t veer too far off course.
Pause, Tune-in, Define: We identify what matters most to us for the day. We’ll consider our energy levels, our existing schedule, and any pressing projects or tasks. This session is designed to meet you where you are and also creates awareness where you over-extend yourself.
Community: Starting is easier with pre-commitment and accountability. Even during 30 minutes of silence, I believe others’ presence supports your commitment as they show up, themselves.
Semantics: Offered 3 times/week in the morning (CET/Amsterdam time zone), often between 08:00-10:00hrs.
In and Out in 30: You’ll log on a couple minutes before the session starts. Strict adherence to time will be observed, though there will be a buffer time post-session for those who may want to stay after and chat for a few minutes.
Time for You: This is a time completely dedicated to you! Even if you don’t place any other self-care in your day, this is a great way to honour yourself.
What to expect: There are both grounding and writing exercises, so you’ll need to bring something to write with (it will be for both personal and productive/professional point-of-view), and I invite you to sit somewhere comfortable if you can.

Talking isn’t necessary (perhaps a welcome notion for those pre-coffee, introverts, or those who desire a quiet moment for themselves).
